The first time I went to visit them the roof of their house was leaking terrible and I could not help but to go to my pocket and produce the few coins I had with me for buying new roofing material to protect these poor children and their aged grandma.

Fortunately Salima is HIV negative. She is currently in the 4Th Grade. She hopes that she will be able to pursue her education and become a social worker in order to help so many suffering kids in her village

This grandma, by name Martina Antoni, approached us asking us to help her provide for the needs of Anna. we would like to do more for this girl but we find ourselves in a financial problems therefore not able to cater for so many needy and deserving cases.

See the smile she has but the reality she faces daily is difficult. She lost her parents to AIDS. Her grandma of 75 years is taking care of her and of her elder sister aged 13. We were informed of their living condition and I personally went to see how they live. I found Latifa cleaning plastic bottles ready to go to sell them so that she can earn her daily bread. The roof of their house was almost non-existent and we have to go to our pocket and remove what was there in order to buy iron sheets for the roofing in order to protect these young girls and their grandma from bad weather especially during the rainy season.

Fortunately Latifa is healthy and HIV/AIDS free. She is currently in 2nd Grade. She says that she would like to become a doctor. She has seen the sufferings of so many kids in her village and she wants to be of help to them

Aloyce Magidanga

His name is Aloyce Magidanga, a First Grade pupil. He is seven years old. He is a bright boy and his performance in school is good. A very social boy.

Eliza Masika is a five year girl attending Nursery school. She is a really smart girl. We have a lot of hope that she is going to do well in life if she gets living and educational support.

Shes Enala Kyando, a nine years old girl. She is in second Grade. Her face looks like that of a girl above twelve years. This is a typical face of a girl who has undergone so much suffering and carries so many responsibilities in the society. Should we call her a Kid Adult!
